Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Custom Solutions Delivery: Understand the specific needs of clients and collaborate with our team to tailor our services effectively.
- Sales Support: Assist in developing new business with existing clients and potentially new markets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or a relevant role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial services and regulations (experience in the Canadian market preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Technology and Cybersecurity Analyst

- Monitor network traffic, detect and respond to security incidents, and implement necessary measures to mitigate risks.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that enhance data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide support for remote work technologies, ensuring secure access for our remote team members.
- Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies and procedures in alignment with industry best practices.
