Overview

We are in search of an experienced Account Manager who is dedicated to fostering long-term relationships with clients and has a keen eye for identifying client needs and delivering exceptional service. This role is crucial for ensuring client satisfaction and driving the success of our accounting and tax services throughout Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Custom Solutions Delivery: Understand the specific needs of clients and collaborate with our team to tailor our services effectively.
  • Sales Support: Assist in developing new business with existing clients and potentially new markets.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and implement strategies to leverage these opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on the status of accounts and transactions, providing detailed reports to management on request.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or a relevant role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial services and regulations (experience in the Canadian market preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism and ethical approach to business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
